Terms of use

LBauto24 is an online marketplace for vehicles, run by the company named on the Contact page. We provide the platform; we are not a party to sales between users.

You must give true information and keep your password safe. One person or company may not use accounts to mislead buyers. We may close accounts that break these terms.

You may only advertise vehicles you are allowed to sell. Information, photos and price must be true and up to date. Photos must be your own or used with permission.

Not allowed: fake or duplicate ads, cars that are not for sale, misleading prices, contact details in the description or photos, offensive content.

We may edit the category, hide or remove ads that break these rules, without refund for paid options in case of serious breaches.

The sale contract is only between buyer and seller. LBauto24 does not check every vehicle and does not guarantee the condition, history or ownership of a vehicle. Follow our "Buy safely" advice.

Some services (for example promoting an ad or dealer plans) may be paid. Prices and what is included are shown before you pay.

We work to keep the site available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by agreements between users, as far as the law allows.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies.
